This week’s Soul Affair was meant to be a collection of old stuff I’d dusted off for the occasion. And there’s plenty of that here. But I couldn’t resist including a few new tracks, including the amazing hippy-soul of Michael Leonhart. Can’t wait to hear more from him.

Also interesting was the Gatur-Gator spelling debate that obviously raged within Nawlins 5-piece The Gaturs, (cf their song “Gator Bait”.) Who knows - perhaps their untimely demise was down to lexicographic differences?
